A loader script adds the website widget. Prices, specifications and policy come from maintained product records and FAQ rather than model invention. Model keys stay encrypted on the server; the browser receives a site ID. Staff can claim, transfer and close sessions. Roles support customized avatars and greetings, and product records support CSV import. The site backend signs user identity; reconnecting does not repeat inference.
