AppKernia Privacy Policy
Updated: September 26, 2026 Effective: September 26, 2026 Version: 2026-09-26
1. Who we are and the services covered
The official AppKernia application is operated by 深圳市圆圆正正科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Yuanyuan Zhengzheng Technology Co., Ltd., “we” or “us”). Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MACN9G0L4Y. Registered address: Room 510, Block A, Jiada R&D Building, No. 5 Songpingshan Road, Songpingshan Community, Xili Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. Our contact for privacy, account deletion and complaints is 22481799@qq.com. The Chinese registered name identifies the legal entity; the English rendering is provided for convenience.
This policy covers the official AppKernia mobile application, www.appkernia.com and related services using the same official application account: product information, technical articles, solution descriptions, accounts, bookmarks, comments, notifications, feedback and available employee-linking functions. Independently operated applications built with AppKernia source code, external websites and third-party products have their own operators and privacy rules.
Please read the sections on public content, providers, overseas processing, retention, deletion and your rights. Agreement to this policy is not blanket authorization for optional permissions, future processing or activities requiring separate consent.
2. Information we process and its purposes
Browsing and basic services
You may browse public articles, topics and product information without creating an account. To respond to requests, deliver content and protect the service, we process IP addresses, request times, paths and search terms, response status, network type, application or browser version, operating system and basic device information. Search terms retrieve results; request records support troubleshooting, attack prevention and necessary operational analysis. This version does not use cross-application advertising tracking or personal profiles to rank articles. Featured and pinned content is selected through editorial configuration.
Registration, sign-in and security
We process the email address, display name and password you provide. Email is used for verification, sign-in, password recovery and necessary security communications. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Verification codes establish control of the address and are not public information. Account identifiers, creation dates, verification status, sign-in results, session identifiers, a randomly generated application device identifier and necessary security events support sessions, unusual-access detection and device/session management.
Credentials are kept in protected storage, including operating-system secure storage where used; the website uses necessary session cookies. Do not disclose passwords, codes or recovery credentials. Our support staff do not need your current password.
On the effective date, the official application supports email/password and email-code sign-in, with email verification required for registration. Third-party OAuth and SMS-code sign-in are not open. Optional remote push is available on iOS and HarmonyOS as described below. Any existing phone or third-party identifier displayed in account management can be inspected there for its actual status.
Profile and preferences
When you choose an avatar, display name, language, time zone or notification preference, we process that information to display your profile, localize the service and apply your choices. An avatar is optional and a default is available. The official website and app synchronize shared account information and bookmarks, while sessions remain separate across devices.
Bookmarks, comments, reports and blocking
Bookmarks associate an account, article and operation time to show your saved list. Comments include text, article reference, author identifier, time and moderation status. A published comment and its displayed name and avatar may be visible to others. Do not disclose identity documents, home addresses, contact details or someone else's private information. Reports and blocking records support moderation, complaints and interaction preferences. Unnecessary identifying information about a reporter is generally not disclosed to the reported person.
Feedback and support contact
For feedback we process your description, optional contact details, screenshots you select, application version, platform, submission time and responses. Please crop or redact unrelated personal information from screenshots before sending them. Contact information and screenshots are not prerequisites for browsing. When you email our published contact address, mail systems process the sender address and message. We use them to communicate, verify identity where necessary and handle the request.
Scanning and employee linking
The device camera recognizes ordinary QR codes and barcodes. The result is used for the current display, copying or another action you choose; an ordinary scan does not automatically create a permanent scan history. Employee linking or business confirmation sends the relevant ticket, account, employee association and confirmation result to the server for verification and recording. These functions require appropriate access rights and are limited to the action shown for confirmation.
Optional notifications and remote push
After you accept the applicable privacy policy, enable push reminders under My account > Notification settings, and authorize system notifications, the app obtains a platform push token and registers it with the official backend. Registration includes provider, platform, build variant, token, language, app/SDK versions, and identifiers linking the current account and device registration. A token is an application delivery address, not your password. We apply your service/security and news/operations preferences and process the necessary message title, body, identifier, opening target, and sending/delivery result for the reminders you choose and failure diagnosis. Public browsing does not require push.
iOS uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs); HarmonyOS uses Huawei HarmonyOS Push Kit. Providers process delivery addresses, payloads and necessary service information. Lock-screen previews may be visible to people nearby; adjust system preview settings as needed. You may disable all push, change categories separately, or revoke system authorization. Turning off in-app push deactivates this device's active registration on our backend; vendor tokens and caches follow provider rules, and switching off is not described as immediate deletion of all provider data.
Operation and diagnostics
The app and its underlying engine process necessary device, application, network and diagnostic information for screen and system adaptation and troubleshooting. Section 5 describes the engine's scope. We do not request an entire address book, photo library or file collection merely to investigate an unrelated problem.
3. Permissions and local storage
- Camera and scanning: used only when you start the relevant action. Ordinary HarmonyOS scanning uses the system scanner and its preauthorization mechanism without requiring a separate app camera-permission request; the app receives the result for the current operation. Other platforms use their applicable camera authorization flow. Cancelling or declining does not prevent browsing or email sign-in.
- Photos or system image picker: used for the avatar or feedback images you choose and their crop/preview operation. We prefer the system picker and process selected images. You may continue using functions that do not require images if you decline.
- Notifications: remote push is optional. Enabling reminders and granting system authorization permits registration; you may turn it off in the app or system settings, as described in section 2.
- Clipboard: used when you select Copy or deliberately use system Paste. The app does not automatically read the clipboard at startup.
- Local storage: holds protected session credentials, language/theme preferences, policy acknowledgment state and necessary image/content caches. Uninstalling the app does not delete the server-side account. Sign-out, cache clearing, uninstalling and account deletion are different operations.
Current official business functions do not actively collect precise location, contacts, microphone recordings, health data, fingerprints or facial templates, or use IDFA, IMEI or OAID for tracking. Operating-system unlocking may involve information handled by the system; it does not give us biometric templates. You may withdraw permissions in device settings without invalidating earlier lawful processing.
4. Processing grounds and disclosure
We process information on applicable grounds such as necessity to provide a service you request, compliance with legal duties or valid consent. General business interests are not treated as unrestricted authorization. You may decline or withdraw optional image submission or other optional authorizations.
We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure and technical processors may process it only as necessary for services, security and lawful duties, with appropriate safeguards required. Providing information to another independent controller, making a public disclosure or transferring a business requires the notices and consents applicable under law, subject to lawful exceptions. If a merger or reorganization changes the recipient, we will explain the recipient and require continuing protection.
Public comments and content you deliberately share reach your chosen audience and may be copied or redistributed. External sites have their own rules. Third-party involvement does not remove our own legal responsibilities.
5. Providers and SDKs
DCloud uni-app x engine
Provider: 数字天堂(北京)网络技术有限公司 (DCloud). It supplies cross-platform execution, interface/system adaptation and performance diagnostics. Its published disclosure covers, as available on the platform, device model, CPU/screen and system information, network/IP and User Agent, language/time zone, emulator/root state, a random anonymous identifier, application/package/version/AppID and SDK information, crash stacks, startup timing and memory use. Its random identifier is not IMEI, IDFA, OAID or Android ID. Engine collection does not mean that every optional DCloud product is enabled.
Provider notice: https://dcloud.io/license/appprivacy.html
Huawei Cloud infrastructure
Provider: the relevant Huawei Cloud service entities. It hosts the official backend, database, network and security infrastructure. The processing covers hosted account/business data, server logs, IP addresses and requests, in its infrastructure-processing role. The account database used by this service runs in a mainland China deployment.
Provider notice: https://www.huaweicloud.com/declaration/sa_prp.html
Cloudflare R2 and content delivery
Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. and relevant service entities. It stores, transfers, caches and protects images, attachments and public resources. Information includes selected file contents and necessary metadata, and resource-access IP addresses, times, URLs and network request information. Feedback attachments and avatars are intended to use their corresponding access controls; published article resources are distributed publicly. A public resource URL is not private storage.
Overseas processing is explained in section 6. Provider notice: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ . Privacy contact: privacyquestions@cloudflare.com.
Email and operating-system services
The official mail service and recipient mail systems process addresses, verification or service-message content and delivery results for verification, recovery and communication, not unsolicited marketing campaigns. Tencent QQ Mail processes messages you send to our 22481799@qq.com support mailbox as its receiving-mail provider; privacy information is available at https://privacy.qq.com/ . Apple, Android and HarmonyOS system camera, picker and secure-storage facilities provide the relevant local capabilities; their use does not give us an entire photo library or system-account password.
5. WeChat Open Platform sharing
Provider: Tencent WeChat Open Platform. When you deliberately choose Share, the selected article title, summary, public URL and preview image, or the image/text you choose to share, are passed to WeChat for sharing with contacts, Moments or Favorites. Components use the app's public AppID, app identifier, Universal Link, share payload and operation result to invoke WeChat and return to the app. WeChat processes the necessary network and platform information under its privacy rules. Sharing does not give us your WeChat password, contacts or chat history and does not authorize WeChat sign-in. You choose the recipient and whether to send inside WeChat. Cancelling or declining WeChat sharing does not prevent public article reading; system sharing or another available option can be used instead.
Provider privacy notice: https://weixin.qq.com/cgi-bin/readtemplate?lang=zh_CN&t=weixin_agreement&s=privacy . WeChat sharing depends on platform and client availability; enabled configuration does not mean WeChat is installed or supported on every device.
Huawei HarmonyOS Push Kit
Provider: Huawei Software Technologies Co., Ltd. for mainland China services. After you enable and authorize notifications, it generates a push token and delivers service messages and the information reminders you choose. The app calls Push Kit for the token; our backend submits it with the necessary title/body and opening target. The provider processes necessary application, device, network and service information under its rules. Huawei also processes AAID (an application anonymous identifier, not stored) to obtain tokens. The app does not actively read AAID to build profiles or use push tokens for cross-application advertising tracking. Huawei states a maximum server retention of 15 days for tokens and offline messages and six months for basic app information. Registration and opt-out are described in section 2.
Service information: https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/cn/doc/harmonyos-guides/push-personal-data . Huawei privacy portal: https://consumer.huawei.com/cn/privacy/ . The Huawei service agreement identifies the applicable contracting entity and service scope.
Apple Push Notification service (APNs)
Provider: Apple. After you enable and authorize notifications, APNs delivers iOS messages and processes device push tokens, application identifiers, payloads and necessary delivery information. Our backend links the current account to its active device registration. Privacy portal: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ .
The official application currently has no open third-party OAuth sign-in or advertising SDK service. Local operating-system components and our own adapters are not automatically separate recipients. Before adding an independent recipient or a new purpose, we will update disclosures and obtain necessary authorization.
6. Storage locations and overseas processing
The account database is deployed in mainland China. Files and resource requests use Cloudflare R2 and its global network; this is not a promise that all information stays in mainland China. R2 uses automatic region configuration. Actual storage and processing locations depend on the provider's allocation and may be outside mainland China. The affected information is the uploaded content, necessary file metadata and request information described above, for storage, delivery and security. The overseas provider is Cloudflare, Inc.; rights requests may be sent to its privacy address above or to our company.
Accepting this policy does not substitute for separate consent required for an overseas personal-information transfer, or establish that any assessment or certification has been completed. Where separate notice, consent or another transfer procedure is legally required, it must be completed before that processing. Processing subject to unmet requirements should not take place. You may decline optional avatar/screenshot uploads and contact us about feasible ways to handle your request without overseas file services. Refusing unnecessary overseas file processing does not prevent basic functions that do not depend on it.
7. Retention, deletion and security
We retain account information while the account is active and it is necessary to provide the service. Deleting content, unlinking information or closing an account initiates the appropriate deletion, anonymization and relationship cleanup. Verification codes and tickets work only within the validity stated in the interface or message; subsequent security records are retained only for necessary abuse prevention, troubleshooting and legal duties. Feedback is retained for handling the issue and necessary complaint review; you may request removal of feedback or attachments no longer needed. Logs are kept for the shortest necessary security period and applicable legal requirements, not indefinitely for unspecified future purposes.
Where law requires retention, a dispute remains unresolved, or a backup cannot immediately be edited record by record, we limit further use to retention and security and complete the appropriate processing when the reason ends, backups rotate or deletion becomes possible. Timing can vary by data category; you may ask about scope and progress. We do not describe signing out as deleting all data.
Measures include encrypted transmission, password hashing, protected credentials, access authorization, application data isolation, necessary logs and backups, and personnel access restrictions. No system is absolutely secure. We take remedial action after an incident and notify individuals and authorities where required.
8. Your rights and how to act
Profile and security settings under My account let you view/correct information and manage available sign-in methods, devices, sessions and notification preferences. Manage bookmarks and comments in their respective functions. Labels vary by version and language.
To delete your account, choose Delete account on the My page and complete verification and confirmation. Email 22481799@qq.com if the entry is unavailable, you cannot sign in or you need help. Deletion concerns the current official application account and ends its app/website sessions, cleaning related profile information, bookmarks, comments, feedback, push devices and login associations subject to the retention rules above. A necessary identity relationship with another independent application or tenant is not automatically deleted by closing this application account. A new registration does not guarantee restoration of old data.
You may also request access, a copy, correction, supplementation or deletion, withdraw consent-based processing, restrict or object where applicable, request an explanation and request transfer where applicable conditions are met. Email the request and enough account information to verify it; do not send passwords, full identity documents or codes without a specific necessary verification process. We verify identity proportionately and normally respond within fifteen working days of receiving a request we can process. If clarification or an extension is needed, we explain the reason and progress. Reasonable requests are normally free; a lawful refusal will explain its basis and review channel. You may complain to a competent authority or seek judicial remedies.
9. Minors
The service is primarily for adults and developers with appropriate capacity, not specifically for children under fourteen. Minors should use it under guardian guidance. Children under fourteen should not independently register or submit personal information. Guardians who discover such submissions should contact us. Processing children's information where necessary requires prior guardian consent and appropriate dedicated rules; this policy is not blanket authorization.
10. Updates and contact
We publish updates and effective dates in the app, website or suitable notices. Changes to purposes, methods, data categories, recipients or important rights receive prominent notice and renewed consent where legally required. Updates cannot retrospectively expand authorization.
