Frequently Asked Questions

This page is for the official AppKernia app and website. Labels may vary by version or language. Availability depends on the current interface and official release information. If your question is not covered, use in-app feedback or email 22481799@qq.com.

Understanding AppKernia

1. What is AppKernia?

AppKernia is a foundation for developing and operating cross-platform applications. The official app publishes product information, technical articles and solutions and demonstrates available account, bookmark, comment and other capabilities. Enterprise projects, independently operated derivatives and the official information service have different scopes. Check the operator of the service you use.

2. Do I have to register?

Public information can be browsed as a guest. Bookmarks, comments, profile management and other account-specific functions require sign-in. Protected entries on the My page show a sign-in sheet; closing it cancels that sign-in action.

3. Can I use the same account on the website and app?

The official AppKernia website and official app use the same official application account and can synchronize relevant profile information and bookmarks. Device and browser sessions are managed separately. Independently operated AppKernia applications do not necessarily share accounts.

Registration and sign-in

4. How do I register?

Open sign-in, choose Create account, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, enter your email, display name and password, and follow the verification prompts. Use an address you control and can receive mail at. Self-service registration is currently open, with email verification required.

5. Why is the registration link missing or registration unavailable?

The application registration setting controls the link. Unpublished legal documents or a failed configuration load can also prevent submission. Check connectivity and reopen the page; if necessary, completely close and reopen the app to reload configuration. If the problem remains, send a screenshot and app version to support. Existing users can try signing in without creating another account.

6. Why is there no phone, WeChat or Apple sign-in?

Sign-in methods depend on the official application's configuration and installed version. Email/password is the current primary method. SMS and third-party methods that have not been opened are not available options. A device's support for a capability does not mean the application has enabled it. Do not enter another platform's credentials through an unfamiliar link.

7. What if a verification or password-recovery email does not arrive?

Check the spelling of the address, mailbox capacity and spam or blocked-mail folders. Wait for the interval shown before requesting another message. If several arrive, use the unexpired code for your most recent request. If none arrives, tell support the email provider, request time and error shown; never send the code or password.

8. What if I forget my password or it is repeatedly rejected?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Check input mode, letter case, leading/trailing spaces and whether the email matches your registration. Avoid repeated guesses; follow any temporary-limit message. If you no longer control the email account, explain the situation to support so available verification options can be assessed. Recovery without verification is not guaranteed.

9. Why am I asked to sign in again?

A session may expire, be revoked or become invalid after a password change or security action. Signing in creates a new session. If it happens frequently, report the page, time, system and app version. Sharing credentials is not a way to keep an account signed in.

Content, profile and feedback

10. Where are my bookmarks, and why is an item missing?

After signing in, open My → My Bookmarks. Confirm you are using the same account and official application, then refresh the data. An article may become unavailable if withdrawn, removed or restricted. Saving it does not guarantee permanent access.

11. Why is my comment not visible immediately? Can I report content?

Comments may require moderation or be limited by account status or content rules. Check the message shown and avoid duplicate submissions. You may report unlawful, infringing or harassing content through available report/block controls, or send the article URL and specific concern to support. Disagreement alone need not be misconduct. Do not disclose private information in a public comment.

12. How do I change my name or avatar, and what if upload fails?

Open your profile from My and select an editable item. An avatar is an image you choose and may require cropping, upload and format checks. If it fails, check connectivity, image format and the size limit shown. Try a conventional image without sensitive content. Review device settings if permission was denied. An avatar is not required for basic account functions.

13. How do I send feedback and read replies?

Open My → Help and About → Feedback. Describe the issue, steps and time; screenshots are optional. Review progress and replies in My Feedback. If you cannot sign in, email 22481799@qq.com. Avoid opening the same issue repeatedly across channels; refer to the original record when adding information.

Permissions, security and privacy

14. Why does the app request camera or image access? Can I decline?

Camera access supports actions such as scanning that you initiate. Image selection supplies an avatar or feedback screenshot you choose. Read the purpose shown and grant only access needed for the action. Refusing affects that function, not unrelated basic browsing. Permissions can be changed in system settings. The Privacy Policy describes processing in detail.

15. Does scanning automatically sign me in, link an employee or run a command?

Ordinary scanning primarily identifies and displays a result. Employee-linking or business-confirmation codes require sign-in, permission checks and the confirmation requested by the interface; they are not general device-control access. You may need to sign in and scan again. Do not proceed with expired or unfamiliar codes, or publicly share screenshots containing authorization tickets.

16. What should I do about an unfamiliar device or sign-in?

If you can sign in, inspect devices and sessions in account security, revoke suspicious sessions and change your password, then contact support. Do not provide passwords, verification codes or remote-control access to someone claiming to be support. Record the time and message and redact sensitive details in screenshots.

17. How do I delete my account? Is uninstalling enough?

Choose Delete account on My, read the cleanup scope, then verify and confirm. Deletion is usually irreversible and affects the current official application and related website account data. Uninstalling, signing out or disabling notifications is not account deletion. Email 22481799@qq.com if you cannot sign in or use the entry. The Privacy Policy governs data handling.

Versions, resources and cooperation

18. How do I update, and why might no update be available?

Check the installed version and updates in Help and About → About Us, then follow the official store or page instructions. Releases may be staged by platform. A failed or offline check does not establish that you have the latest version. A custom development client differs from a store release; a test build is not proof of store availability. Avoid unknown installers, configuration profiles or purported repair tools.

19. Can modules and example code be used in a commercial project?

Read the download information, accompanying license and dependency terms first. Free availability is not unrestricted permission and does not eliminate adaptation, configuration or testing. Check platform, toolchain and dependencies, validate in an isolated environment, then perform security, compatibility and release checks appropriate to your project.

20. Is there a charge? Is enterprise development available?

Official information browsing and basic account functions currently have no in-app payment or automatic renewal. Your network provider may charge for connectivity. Enterprise development, integration and dedicated support require a scope and quotation, with delivery and acceptance agreed separately. Email 22481799@qq.com with your business scenario and target platforms.
