AppKernia Terms of Service

AppKernia Terms of Service

Updated: September 13, 2026 Effective: September 13, 2026 Version: 2026-09-13

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern your use of the official AppKernia mobile application, www.appkernia.com and related account services provided by 深圳市圆圆正正科技有限公司 (Shenzhen Yuanyuan Zhengzheng Technology Co., Ltd., “we” or “us”). Unified Social Credit Code: 91440300MACN9G0L41. Registered address: Room 510, Block A, Jiada R&D Building, No. 5 Songpingshan Road, Songpingshan Community, Xili Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. Contact: 22481799@qq.com. The Chinese name identifies the registered entity; its English rendering is for convenience.

Read these terms and the AppKernia Privacy Policy before registering or using the relevant services, particularly the sections on public content, deletion, intellectual property, liability and disputes. Your use is not a waiver of statutory rights. Separately contracted enterprise projects, paid services and independent products are governed by their relevant contracts. These terms do not automatically cover independently operated applications built with AppKernia code.

2. Services and eligibility

Official services include product information, technical articles, cases and solution descriptions, development materials and module downloads, and actually available account, bookmark, comment, notification, feedback and employee-association functions. Availability varies by version, platform, permissions and configuration; accessible functions and clear service descriptions determine the scope.

Public information can be read as a guest. Functions requiring an individual account may require sign-in. Refusing an unnecessary permission must not deprive you of unrelated basic functions.

The service is primarily intended for adults. Minors should use it with guardian guidance and obtain guardian agreement for activities beyond their age-appropriate capacity. Children under fourteen must not independently register or submit personal information. You must have the relevant authorization to act for an enterprise in employee linking, project communications or other operations.

3. Accounts and security

Provide a valid email address you lawfully control and reasonably accurate necessary information, and complete required verification. Do not impersonate others, register maliciously in bulk, use unlawfully acquired addresses or credentials, or help others evade restrictions.

Protect passwords and codes, avoid untrusted devices, and change credentials, revoke suspicious sessions or contact us when something appears wrong. We take reasonable security measures. An action occurring under an account does not automatically establish its holder's fault; evidence, each party's fault and applicable law determine responsibility.

The website and official app share accounts, some profile data and bookmarks, while device/browser sessions are managed separately. Unless expressly permitted, do not sell, rent or unlawfully transfer accounts or lend them for unlawful activity. Third-party sign-in applies only when actually available and deliberately authorized, with associations manageable through available settings.

4. Acceptable use and moderation

Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe intellectual property, reputation, privacy or other rights. Do not post threats, harassment, hate, obscene material, fraud, malicious advertising or other unlawful or harmful content. Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass authorization, attack the service, obtain non-public data without permission or access another person's, application's or enterprise's data without authority.

You must have the necessary rights or authorization for submitted images, comments, feedback and other content. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, trade secrets and other people's private data. Others may view, copy or redistribute public comments. Non-public feedback and complaint information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

We may review, restrict display of or remove violating content under law and reasonable moderation rules and, where necessary, temporarily restrict relevant functions or accounts. Measures should be proportionate to the conduct, impact and evidence. Except where notice is legally prohibited or urgent protection is necessary, we explain the reason and provide a review channel. Use reporting, feedback or 22481799@qq.com to object. We investigate and do not impose irreversible adverse measures solely on an unverified report.

5. Rights in your content

Submitting content does not transfer your copyright or other lawful rights to us. You grant a non-exclusive permission limited to what is needed to store, display, transmit, back up, moderate and carry out the function you request, such as displaying a comment, resizing an avatar, showing feedback screenshots to authorized support staff or using infrastructure processors for those operations.

This permission does not authorize public advertising use of private feedback, sale of personal information or unrestricted model training on private content. Uses outside the original service purpose require appropriate separate authorization. After deletion or account closure, processing ends or is restricted under the Privacy Policy and legal retention requirements; the permission does not expand indefinitely after termination.

6. Official materials, code and third-party resources

Official trademarks, branding, interfaces and our articles belong to us or their lawful owners. Reading, quotation and use are permitted within law and express licenses. Respect attribution and sources, and do not falsely imply official endorsement, authorization or a commercial relationship.

Source code, open-source projects and native modules are subject to their accompanying licenses and dependency terms. Free availability does not waive copyright or automatically permit every form of commercial redistribution. These terms do not revoke rights granted by an open-source license. For the relevant code, the applicable license prevails over an inconsistent provision here.

Examples and solution descriptions explain development methods; they do not guarantee a particular project's performance, security, compatibility or delivery result. Before production use, configure, test and review security for your circumstances and comply with data, device and industry requirements. IoT or employee-operation examples do not authorize control over actual devices or enterprise accounts.

7. External services and links

When you choose an external link, available platform capability or third-party service, its provider supplies its service under its rules. We disclose necessary processing in the Privacy Policy. Third-party rules are not automatically incorporated here, and unrelated terms are not imposed on you.

Check the identity, permissions and transaction details of an external service. We remain responsible for our own legally required selection, integration, notice and security duties rather than disclaiming all responsibility because a third party is involved. If obtained from the App Store or another platform, lawful applicable platform rules also apply. Apple and other platforms are not the operator of our official application service under these terms; statutory platform remedies are unaffected.

8. Charges and commercial offerings

On the effective date, official information browsing and basic account functions have no in-app payment or automatic subscription. Network providers may charge for connectivity under your agreement with them.

Enterprise development, technical support, cloud resources or future paid functions require advance information about the provider, scope, price, payment, term, refunds and termination, and your separate choice or contract. These terms do not authorize payment, start a subscription or debit an account. Statutory refund, consumer-protection and other mandatory rights are preserved.

9. Changes, interruption and termination

We may update functions or arrange maintenance to fix problems, protect security and improve the service, giving reasonable advance notice of material effects and alternatives where practicable. For discontinuation, we make legally required announcements and provide reasonable channels for handling information and exercising rights. Discontinuation does not eliminate statutory refund or data-protection duties.

In a security emergency, force majeure event or network/system failure, we take reasonable steps to reduce impact and restore service. Liability depends on law, cause and each party's fault; these terms do not establish an exclusion of all liability in every circumstance. You may stop using the service and request deletion. Necessary action against unlawful conduct or serious breach follows section 4 without removing complaint, review or statutory rights.

10. Account deletion and information

Select Delete account on the My page, verify identity and expressly confirm after reading the stated scope. Contact 22481799@qq.com if the entry is unavailable. We will not impose unreasonable barriers unrelated to necessary verification or legal obligations.

Deletion ends the current official application account and associated website sessions. Related bookmarks, comments, feedback, profile information and associations are handled under the Privacy Policy and usually cannot be restored. Uninstalling, disabling notifications and signing out are not account deletion. Separate application or enterprise relationships attached to a shared underlying identity are not automatically cancelled. Legal retention, unresolved disputes and backup rotation follow the Privacy Policy. Dispute, intellectual-property and legally necessary record provisions survive only to the extent needed.

11. Responsibility and disputes

Each party must perform its lawful obligations. Responsibility for unlawful conduct or breach depends on applicable law and a demonstrated causal relationship to the harm; we are responsible for harm caused by our fault as required by law. Nothing excludes or limits responsibility for personal injury, property loss caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or other liability that law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Acceptance does not improperly expand your burden of proof or compensation duties.

The laws of mainland China govern these terms, without excluding consumer protections or other mandatory rules that lawfully apply to you. Contact 22481799@qq.com to seek resolution. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may apply to a court with lawful jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration removing your statutory court rights or an unreasonable exclusive forum.

12. Updates and contact

Material changes are presented through the app, website or suitable notice with their substance and effective date. Where renewed agreement is required, it is obtained before continuing the affected function. If you do not accept a change, you may stop the relevant function and request deletion. Updates do not retrospectively take away accrued lawful rights.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder applies to the extent law permits, without reducing statutory rights. Chinese and English versions facilitate reading; ambiguity is interpreted fairly and consistently with lawful user protection.
